Discover new worlds at Lifeline Theatre’s Drama Camps! Children explore their imaginations and hone their natural performing abilities while gaining sound theatre training in a fun-filled atmosphere. Our camps not only teach kids how to embody characters and act out stories, they also help them to gain confidence, express themselves, and work patiently and respectfully with each other.

Summer Drama Camps

In our DRAMA KIDS camps, we’ll adapt two different books: Princess Pigsty, by Cornelia Funke (Session 1), and Naked Mole Rat Gets Dressed, by Mo Willems (Session 2).

Our DRAMA STARS campers will spend two weeks delving into the fun and danger of The Tale of Despereaux, by Kate DiCamillo.

All three programs culminate in a special performance for family and friends on the final day!

This weeklong theatre intensive gives campers a deeper look into additional fascinating aspects of theatre-making. Each day will feature a different theatre professional who will provide a window into their specialty, and a hands-on experience of creation, including costume design, improvisation, stage combat, puppetry, and set design. The week culminates in an interactive sharing for parents and friends on Friday, August 2nd.
